Claudia Solitaire

As a yoga teacher, Claudia’s goal is to hold space for students to discover personal empowerment, so they feel connected to their bodies, quiet their minds, stimulate a healthy nervous system, and release tension in the body caused by stress or anxiety. She uses a combination of breath work, meditation, gentle asanas, and somatic yoga., Claudia worked for a pain management doctor who prescribed yoga to patients as part of their treatment plan. That’s when Claudia decided to try out a yoga class, and instantly she felt the benefits- physically, mentally, and emotionally. Like magic, it sparked the beginning of her yoga journey. Claudia began practicing Yoga as a path toward spiritual healing and recovery from trauma and illness. As she witnessed yoga transform her life, Claudia started diving into more therapeutic practices exploring the story of her soul and becoming a student of her body.

Tiffany Dawn

Hello, my name is Tiffany Dawn, Yoga with Tt. I have been teaching yoga for 8 years. My experience with yoga has helped to calm my mind and emotions. It has given me the experience of inner peace, and presentness. This encouraged me to express my experiences to help others find calmness. I specialize in many different facets of yoga styles, such as Asthanga, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa, Therapeutic, etc. My classes incorporate yoga philosophy, with alignment, cues and adjustments. Also finding union between mind, body and breath. I include modifications to make classes accessible for everyone. My mission is to develop awareness within individuals, to increase the frequency on Earth.

Students that enter the Tribal Vibe Studio feel a calming shift in energy, a connection to the community, and excitement for a fun and challenging class experience. Organic Flow

This is a gift for the soul. Organic flow will help you focus on your inner experience as you move and expand your internal awareness. These Somatic and Restorative sequences will calm your mind, reconnect with your breath, and gently mobilize your body. Highly recommended for those who seek chiropractic services often and suffer from body pain. It has been known as a great tool for emotional release for those who suffer from trauma and emotional distress


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a vital tool to go deep into the body and spirit by long holding poses that can last from 3-8 minutes. These techniques focus more on the lower body making this a great for extreme emotional release and self realization. We recommend this type of yoga for people who suffer from grief, depression, trauma, and broken relationships (broken heart). This type of yoga is also known as "Restorative Yoga."


Hatha Yoga

An intensive practice that teaches discipline to the body through poses (asana) and breathwork (pranayama). This is a way of attaining a spiritual state while strengthening the body. This would benefit those who want to tone and strengthen their body and minds. Prerequisites: Organic Flow and/ or Yin Yoga


Trauma Yoga

Yoga studies have shown to reduce physiological arousal in those with PTSD, helping the autonomic nervous system to respond better to triggers and stimuli. Trauma-informed yoga is not so much about how poses are done, but more about the feeling of embodiment. Increasing presence and finding a sense of grounding can assist you to connect with your mind and body in a way that feels safe. For change to occur, the body needs to learn that the risk has passed and to live in the present moment. Yoga helps us to establish our parasympathetic nervous system rather than being on edge with our sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight, freeze or faint). As we increase our calmness we help increase our healing journey


Beginners Aerial Yoga

Specialized yoga course that allows the body to move in ways that might not be possible on the mat. These poses are constructed with the combination of yoga and acrobatics to move the body in detoxifying emotionally and physically. People notice an improvement in flexibility, stability, and balance in which brings a new light to ones confidence.

 

Breathwork

Whether you’re a complete novice or a competent facilitator already, these classes will meet you where you are and take you to the level of mastery that Tribal Vibe Healing represents. Pranayama Breathwork

Prana translates of pure life force in San script. This breathwork is an application of controlling energy and life force within the body. Utilized for 1,000's of years, we bring this Ancient practice and wisdom to you. It is also a way of energizing the body, releasing trauma, and is therapeutic to the nervous systems. Also, very intensive yet an effective way of detoxifying the body and lungs.


Somatic Breathwork

Specialized to ease trauma and stuck energy in nervous systems and surrounding tissue. This practice can influence a huge release of emotions and cleansing our lungs of any toxins. People that suffer from emotional detachment or COPD may greatly benefit from this class.


Shamanic Breathwork

Ancient and modern techniques that greatly influence a person's mental, emotional, and physical state. Many have benefited from this practice by opening up energic centers with expanded consciousness experiences. This also relieves chronic stress, lowers blood pressure, and has helped ease addictions. People suffering from closed consciousness may have profound experiences in one session. Prerequisites: Pranayama and Somatic Breathwork Course.

Organic Flow and Yin Yoga with Pranayama breathwork.


Level 2

Yin and Hatha Yoga with Somatic Breathwork.


Level 3

Hatha and Trauma Yoga with Shamanic Breathwork. This package is suggested as 6 month-1 year membership for those dedicated to enlightenment and liberation.
